POSITION SUMMARY
Drive financial performance and operational excellence by providing strategic cost leadership, delivering actionable business insights, strengthening financial controls, and partnering with operations to improve profitability and support sustainable growth. This role will lead into a successor to plant controller.

KEY EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS
* External Auditors and Advisors, as required
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
* MBA/CPA or other advanced business degree preferred.
* Minimum of seven years of progressive finance and accounting experience within a manufacturing environment.
* Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
* Experience working with ERP and accounting systems.
* Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent interpersonal, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
* Proven ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
